When you use Flourish, we collect information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and payment details. We also collect usage data such as browsing history, search queries, and device information to improve your shopping experience.If you use our Skin Analysis feature, any photos you upload are used only for immediate analysis and are never stored—neither on our servers nor your device.

We share your delivery information with our courier partners (Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, etc.) solely for order fulfillment. Flourish is intended for use by people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 in any country, or under the age of legal consent in their region. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@flourish.com.bd and we will delete the information from our records as quickly as possible. Customers between 13 and 18 should review these terms with a parent or guardian. We do not target advertising to minors and do not include minors in custom audiences sent to advertising platforms.
You can delete your Flourish account at any time from the mobile app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing support@flourish.com.bd from the email associated with your account. Once verified, we will permanently delete your personal information within 72 hours, including your skin profile, order history, saved addresses, and any custom audience memberships on third-party advertising platforms. We may retain limited records (e.g. invoices) where required by Bangladeshi tax and accounting law for the legally mandated retention period.
