3–5 business days after inspection
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons: wrong item received, damaged or defective product, product doesn't match the description, or allergic reaction (with a doctor's note).
Opened or used products (unless defective), items past the 7-day return window, products purchased during clearance sales, gift cards, and products with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned.
Request a Return
Go to My Orders, select the order, and tap "Request Return". Choose your reason and upload a photo if applicable.
Pickup Arranged
We'll schedule a courier pickup from your address within 1-2 business days. No cost to you.
Inspection
Once received at our warehouse, we inspect the item within 24 hours and notify you of approval.
Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. COD orders get a bKash/Nagad transfer.
Online payments (bKash, Nagad, card) are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bKash or Nagad — we'll ask for your preferred mobile wallet number. Refunds for card payments may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
