Care:nel's Anti-Melasma Cica Cream is a light, dense brightening cream with 5% niacinamide, tranexamic acid and 2% cica (centella asiatica). It is registered in Korea as a whitening (brightening) functional cosmetic and is aimed at skin bothered by dark spots and freckles, dullness, dryness, tightness, loss of firmness and sensitivity.
