By creating an account, browsing our website at flourish.com.bd, installing the Flourish mobile app, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers in Bangladesh and any international visitor who places an order with us.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Flourish account. Customers under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's permission. You confirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate and current. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or are used in ways that violate these terms.
All product prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, modify product availability, or correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is identified after your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before processing. Promotional offers have specific terms and end dates that we will display clearly.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending you an order confirmation. We may decline orders that show signs of fraud, abusive behavior, or that we cannot fulfill. We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (through EBL Bangla QR), credit/debit cards through aamarPay, the Flourish Wallet, and Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery includes a small surcharge that we display before checkout. Orders are charged at the time of payment authorization (or at delivery for COD).
We deliver throughout Bangladesh through our courier partners (Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, Paperfly, eCourier, Foodpanda, Delhivery). Estimated delivery times are guidelines and can vary based on weather, public holidays, courier capacity, or your location. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order. Failed deliveries may incur additional costs.
We accept returns within 7 days for change of mind (unopened products only), 14 days for defective or damaged products, and 30 days for products that caused an allergic reaction (with photo evidence). Cosmetics that have been opened generally qualify for exchange only, except in cases of allergic reaction or product defect. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Full details are on our Returns page.
Our skin analysis feature is for cosmetic guidance and product recommendation only. It is not a medical diagnosis and is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified dermatologist. If you have a medical concern about your skin, please consult a doctor. By using the skin analysis feature you agree that recommendations generated are suggestions, not prescriptions, and you accept responsibility for testing new products on a small area of skin first (patch test).
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@flourish.com.bd if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of compromise, fraud, or abuse. We will never ask for your password or one-time code by phone, SMS, email, or social media.
You agree not to misuse our services. You will not place fraudulent orders, create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, attempt to access other customers' data, scrape or copy our content, post abusive reviews, attempt to disrupt our service, or use our services for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and (where applicable) legal action.
All content on flourish.com.bd and the Flourish mobile app — including product photos, descriptions, articles, logos, and software — is owned by Flourish Beauty Ltd. or our licensors and is protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright laws. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without our written permission is prohibited.
When you post a product review, comment, or photo on our platform, you grant Flourish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify, and use that content in connection with our services. You confirm that any content you upload is your own, does not violate anyone's rights, and is not unlawful, obscene, or misleading. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Loyalty points are earned per the program rules visible in your account. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire 12 months after they are earned. We may modify the program rules with reasonable notice. Points may be forfeited for fraudulent account activity or chargebacks.
To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, Flourish Beauty Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be limited by law (such as gross negligence or willful misconduct).
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from your use of our services will be resolved by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. We encourage you to contact us first at support@flourish.com.bd so we can try to resolve issues informally before any formal dispute.
